Brut Cuvee

Soma Brut Cuvée is made from 100% Chenin cuvee, using the authentic traditional method. It has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, on the nose. Bottle aged for 1-2 years on lees, golden in color with a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity and velvety crisp very fine bubbles. With Flavors of pear, apricot and complex yeasty aromas, it leaves you with notes of fresh walnut.

Serving temperature: 4 to 6 degree centigrade

Food pairing tip: This classic signature wine of Soma Vineyards goes well as an aperitif and perfectly accompanies white meats.

Chenin
Sec Taie

This Taie sparkling wine is made from handpicked grapes of Chenin Blanc and local varietals of our own estate vineyards by using method Champenoise. Bottle aged for 1-2 years on lees, yellow-golden in color, there is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity and velvety crisp fine bubbles. The palate carries through with a creamy sensation and vivid flavor of ripe pear and pineapple.

Serving temperature: 4 to 6 degree centigrade

Food pairing tip: This distinctly made wine pairs very well with grilled and spicy dishes.

Rose

Glistening ruby pink in color this rose is an outcome of Shiraz harvested from our single estate vineyard that makes you stare at your glass in 'awe'. Offers lusty notes of pomegranate, cherry, strawberry characters, it is simultaneously curvy and kicks in with a vein of spice and cherries with a long lasting finish.

Serving temperature: 10 to 14 degree centigrade

Food Pairing: Perfect on its own, it also compliments Indian spicy curries and tandoori preparations.
