Our Wines

Sauvignon Blanc Silver

This oxidative style of wine has been made considering the traditional practices of wine making and is a clear reflection of old world style. Straw in color, the wine is clear with a lush green tinge. Exotic tropical and marginally herbaceous with distinct flavors, offers excellent lingering finish with languid ripples of pineapple, peach, melons and lots more.

Food Pairing: Indian spices and north Indian cuisine.

Serving temperature: 8 to 10 degree centigrade

Rose Gold

Glistening ruby pink in color this rose is an outcome of Shiraz harvested from our single estate vineyard that makes you stare at your glass in 'awe'. Offers lusty notes of pomegranate, cherry, strawberry characters, it is simultaneously curvy and kicks in with a vein of spice and cherries with a long lasting finish.

Serving temperature: 10 to 14 degree centigrade

Food Pairing: Perfect on its own, it also compliments Indian spicy curries and tandoori preparations.

Brut Cuvee

Soma Brut Cuvée is made from 100% Chenin cuvee, using the authentic traditional method. It has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, on the nose. Bottle aged for 1-2 years on lees, golden in color with a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity and velvety crisp very fine bubbles. With Flavors of pear, apricot and complex yeasty aromas, it leaves you with notes of fresh walnut.

Serving temperature: 4 to 6 degree centigrade

Food pairing tip: This classic signature wine of Soma Vineyards goes well as an aperitif and perfectly accompanies white meats.

Sauvignon Blanc Dessert

Unique in its style a treat to the dessert wine lovers, a still sea of light gold with sticky viscosity. Perfumed pineapple and ripe peaches take up the nose fruit on the palette is sticky sweet but still balanced with a light structure and a lingering finish, with pineapple, peaches and a tiny note of honey dew.

Serving temperature: 8 to 10 degree centigrade

Food pairing tip: Perfect dessert on its own, it compliments a wide variety of desserts.
